European-funded initiative to help autistic students navigate the transition from school to university and thrive in higher education.

dubbii: the body doubling app

dubbii is a structured support app that uses 'body doubling' to help users start and complete everyday tasks, through guided videos and optional live co-working sessions. It reduces cognitive load by breaking activities into simple, externally paced steps, with light prompts to support follow-through. It is designed for people who struggle with task initiation and completion, rather than for planning or productivity management.

Goblin Tools

AI-powered support for planning, organising, communication, and managing daily tasks. The tool was designed with neurodivergent users - including autistic people - in mind:

  • Reduces overwhelm by splitting tasks into clear, specific actions.

  • Supports executive function - planning, prioritising, follow-through.

  • Improves communication by making intent, politeness, and tone explicit, helping with interpreting and crafting emails or messages.

  • Builds independence in daily living - organisation, cooking, time management - supporting confidence and autonomy.

Molehill Mountain

An app developed by UK charity Autistica and King's College London, specifically for autistic people. Based on adapted CBT techniques, it helps users track anxiety triggers, identify patterns and build coping strategies. Developed with autistic people.

My Health Passport

‘My Health Passport’ is a practical resource developed by the National Autistic Society, designed to help autistic people communicate their needs to doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, especially when receiving hospital treatment. The passport allows to detail things like sensory preferences, communication methods, and important medical information, ensuring that key adjustments and supports are recognised during healthcare visits.

NeuroHub

An app where users rate and review the autism accessibility of venues including parks, museums, restaurants and shops. Developed in consultation with the autistic community.

Quiet Mark

An independent certification programme that identifies the quietest household appliances and products on the market, from kettles to washing machines.

Self-directed Support Handbook

A guide to accessing self-directed care and support in Scotland.

SoundPrint

An app that lets you check (and rate) the noise levels of restaurants, cafés, bars and other venues before you visit, based on crowdsourced decibel readings submitted by users. Helpful for planning outings and avoiding unexpectedly loud environments.

Tiimo

A visual daily planner designed specifically with and for neurodivergent people. Turns a day into a clear, colour-coded visual timeline with timers and reminders, reducing the cognitive load of planning and transitions. Useful if unpredictability or time blindness are issues alongside sensory sensitivities.
